Congratulations to club member Chloe Esposito on her achievement of 7th place  in the London 2012 Olympic Modern Pentathlon competition.

Chloe was the first Australian to finish with a top 10 placing  in the Olympics Modern Pentathlon competition.

Chloe Esposito is a rising star of Modern Pentathlon, a sports contest where athletes are required to be proficient in 5 events: pistol shooting, fencing, 200-metre freestyle swimming, show jumping, and a 3 km cross-country run.

Holding the record as the youngest Australian female Modern Pentathlete to compete at an Olympic selection event (2007), and counting an Australian Championships title amongst her wins, Chloe is making her competitive prowess felt in local and international competitions.

  • Semi Finalist in the European Junior Championships, 25th May 2010.
    “Chloe had received special dispensation from the UIPM to compete in this event, on the understanding that she would not be allowed to advance to the Final should she qualify.   • 1st place in Portuguese International MP Trophy (Women), Golega, 7th – 9th May 2010

  • 1st place in Australian Winter Championships, Melbourne, 19th – 20th June 2010
