Saturday training is at Ross Milbourne Sports Hall (May)

Hi all,

Just a reminder that during Saturday training in May, the 7th and the 14th will take place at Ross Milbourne Sports Hall at the main UTS city campus  – it is situated in the lower basement of Buildingi 4B. The entrances are right at the corner of Harris st and Thomas st – as per the linked map.
May 7th training will be from 9am to 12 noon, and the May 14th training will be from 3pm to 6pm.

The final two Saturday trainings in May (21st and 28th)  in May will be cancelled.

All Monday and Wednesday training sessions are unaffected and will continued to be held at UTS Sydney Boys High Gym (Cleveland Street Moore Park) at the usual training times (Mon 6pm-8pm, Wed 6pm -10pm)

Australian Masters Games – congratulations to our UTS fencers

Well done to Min Du, Richard Purdie and Julie Seggie for their medal winning efforts at the 2015 Australian Masters Games which was held in Adelaide between 3rd and 10th October.

Congratulations to our UTS fencers at the Australian University Games

Congratulation to the 2015 UTS Fencing AUG Team for their fantastic efforts at the Gold Coast (27th Sept -2nd Oct).     For the first time, the UTS Men Team was crowned the Men’s Overall Fencing Champions, taking the Universities Fencing Challenge Cup -“Captains Cup” with a 9-point lead over their nearest rivals RMIT and University of Adelaide.      The Men’s Team also took out the Michael and Jack Diamond Trophy for Men’s Team Epee and The Rizzuto Trophy for Men’s Team Sabre.      The UTS Fencing AUG team came 6th in the overall placing for the race to the Laurie Smith Memorial Trophy.
