UTS has added another State title to their collection with Charles Carroll winning the Novice State Championships on October 10th. This is Charles’ second Novice competition victory.

Also competing from UTS where Ian Bryant, David Longfield and Long Nguyen who ended up 9th, 10th and 17th respectively.
